Established real estate firm seeking a mobile building technician for their Vancouver portfolio

An established local real-estate management firm with residential properties across Canada is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician on a roaming basis on their BC Lower Mainland portfolio. Your new role
The role of the Maintenance Technician is to ensure the smooth maintenance and operational functioning of a residential portfolio at a first class standard. You will be performing regular maintenance repairs, oversee contractors, assist the property management team and deal with tenant inquiries with a high degree of service excellence. As this role is a floater position, you will be commuting between sites often as per maintenance requirements of the portfolio.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will come from a maintenance and operations background with 3-5 years of experience in a building management and maintenance role. You will have a good working knowledge towards building systems while having experience with minor electrical, plumbing, drywall and general repairs. You will have a good working knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Office. A large factor for consideration is having excellent communication and customer service skills.
