- Establish marketing plans, propose and implement solutions and initiatives in order to achieve identified objectives and goals.
- Develop digital and social media campaigns, website optimization, advertising, and key marketing channels
- Works collaboratively with internal and external partners to develop media and increase brand awareness (e.g. mass advertising, promotional programs, microsites, social media, direct marketing and event strategies).
- Recommend opportunities and strategies of ways to further educate members and increase brand awareness
- Attend networking events, tradeshows, industrial conferences to develop and maintain relations and assist sales team in reaching the target audience
- Compose articles, design marketing materials such as brochures and help maintain our company website to ensure contents are up-to-date.
- Measure and report the effectiveness of various marketing media and ensures all initiatives are on brand strategy.
- Manage spreadsheets, databases, inboxes as needed
- Maintains knowledge of retail capabilities, customer needs, internal operations processes and competitive maneuvers.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or above is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and branding
- Experience in different media platforms (youtube, facebook, tiktok, etc)
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and oral communication skills are a must;
- Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suites (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is a must.
- Familiarity with Adobe design suites (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is an asset.
- Proven track record in creating successful marketing/communications/ad campaigns and materials.
- Track-record of a customer-first approach to solving problems
- Experience in Chinese social media platforms will be a plus (Wechat, Weibo, etc.)
