Multi-Channel Sales Assistant

The Multi-Channel Sales Assistant will be the point of contact for processing returned/defective products, exchanges and service requests. You'll also be tasked with providing an industry leading multi-channel customer experience.
As a Multi-Channel Sales Assistant you will...
- • Assist customers with questions, returns & exchanges, customer units, price adjustments, promotion corrections, invoice searches and placing orders. • Assist with coverage in adjacent departments when required. • Prepare register for transactions before and after shift. • Acknowledge pick up orders and pulls product from the floor to reserve area • Demonstrate skills in listening to customer requests and in creating the best solution for the customer effectively
