Order Operations Specialist
The Order Operations Specialist is responsible for the daily processing and order entry for the Customer Contact Center to ensure the following:
Additionally, the Call Center Account Specialist shall oversee the processes of customer service to maximize performance and quality, including serving as a point of contact for Thomas Reproductions regarding fulfillment issues. This position shares responsibility for the monthly revenue objectives by reviewing errors with the team, managing credits and returns and offering recommendations for improvement plans affecting said.
+ Manager order fulfillment process – sending orders to designers, processing PDF/CAD orders, sending Audio/Video & Lighting Design order requests to contact person.
+ Processing 84 Lumber, Atlanta Plan Source and in-house orders to ensure orders are sent to for fulfillment.
+ Update monthly incoming check log for Accounting and process monthly check deposits.
+ Monitor the receipt of designer orders and close out orders in Admin.
+ Contact person for Telecheck discrepancies and Credit Card Chargebacks.
+ Prepare and mail outgoing correspondence.
+ Prepare monthly invoices to 84 Lumber and Atlanta Plan Source for fulfillment.
+ Process all payment requests for monthly office expenses.
+ Contact for 3rd party publisher plan inquiries for proprietary plans.
+ Contact for designers with post-sale and designer royalty related questions.
+ Scheduling maintenance on Oce machine, Konica Copier Machine and ordering office supplies as needed.
+ Perform duties relevant to accounting and act as direct liaison between D.C. Accounting and the Tucson based call center.
Minimum Skills and Experience:
+ High School education or equivalent.
+ Basic computer application training (Word, Excel, Database).
+ Basic clerical duties, to include typing, data entry.
+ Excellent oral communication skills.
