Leon’s is a family-built, publicly owned company that has been a part of Canadian homes, and families for over a century, and we are growing. We are currently looking for a full-time Online Administrator who will be an integral part of the Leon’s Home Office website department, reporting to the Manager of Ecommerce. This position is a 6-month contract with the possibility of permanent placement.
- Managing retail store emails via Outlook and responding to inquiries on a timely basis
- Verifying incoming orders from the Leon’s website and contacting customers regarding their orders, ensuring specific guidelines are met
- Maintaining accurate and daily balancing of payments received online
- Other administrative duties as assigned
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication
- Ability to prioritize requests and meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment as well as independently
- Experience with Office Suite applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
