The Operations Senior ensures the Operations area is running smoothly by providing expertise to Representatives in performing the day-to-day operation of all customer transactions at the front tills, return transactions and Customer Service Desk. Demonstrate and motivate the customer service team to deliver a high level of customer service and professionalism in dealing with customers.
