Reporting to the GM, the Parts Manager is responsible for revenue generation and will ensure commercial rigor to successfully deliver profitable growth. The successful applicant will have a strong affinity for business development.& & & & & &
-Develop and execute an annual business plan with a focus on overall growth & long-term strategy.
-Achieve results by ably communicating with and coaching employees.
-Develop and foster trusting relationships with vendors.
-Monitor internal processes and analyze data to ensure all areas are effectively managed.
-Establish and manage revenues, gross margin targets and departmental budgets.
-Develop pricing and promotional strategies.
-Advance market position through collaboration with our sales team.
-Ensure policies and procedures are followed to align safety compliance.&
Minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement.
-Demonstrated success in developing and implementing business plans.
-Energetic and passionate for superior customer service with the ability to empower and engage teams to achieve results.
-Skilled in leading change.
Post-Secondary Education in Technical/Mechanical, Commerce or related field.
