About the Job
LOOKING for various Project Coordinators/ Junior PMs to support Project Managers for several IT Projects for our Ottawa client.
Duration: One year – up to three years
Location: Ottawa (Remote to start)
Security Clearance: Enhanced Reliability or eligible for a clearance

Tasks
- Perform administrative tasks that support the project leadership to ensure the project is well organized and runs smoothly.
- Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, budgets and expenditures.
- Review and ensure completion of project deliverables in adherence with approved templates, such as: the project charter, project financials and resourcing requirements.
- Track, analyze and communicate project liabilities and opportunities.
- Collect data and track project success metrics.
- Organize, schedule and participate in stakeholder meetings including preparation of meeting documentation and follow-up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Provide input to and support key governance committees including updates to status reports, risk register, action logs etc.
- Prepare presentations, training and other project related materials.
Experience
- At least 5 years experience in Project Coordination/ Project Managing in IT projects.
- Ability to Support the Project Managers with tasks such as setting meetings, minutes, project schedule, financing, budgeting, maintaining the Project Plan, and any additional tasks required to ensure Project success
- Superb organization skills
- Ability to manage one or multiple projects
- Experience with MS Office, MS Project, Sharepoint, Agile
- Experience with Digital Transformation
