Senor Business Analyst/Project Manager - Dodd Frank Regulatory SME – Job Description

• Design, development and testing of a low-latency platform
• Integration with multiple trading and order management system
• Development of rule engine
• Low-latency platform to support pre-trade checks development across multiple trading systems.
• We are building a pre-trade checks platform where quotes/orders will be received by the pre-trade checks application, these quotes need to be checked against multiple regulatory and business rules; and a response needs to be provided in sub milli-seconds.

Senor Business Analyst/Project Manager - Dodd Frank Regulatory SME – Mandatory Skills

• Advanced knowledge of Dodd Frank regulatory rule
• Hands-on experience writing requirement for DF pre-trade checks requirement
• DF pre-trade checks includes Business Conduct rules, Uncleared margin (including RMR) rules, Clearing and SEF execution rules
• Need someone who can read/understand the regulation, work with compliance and trade supervision to write requirement (esp. for Swap related regulation)
• Create Jiras and work with the developer, QA and scrum team for implementation

Senor Business Analyst/Project Manager - Dodd Frank Regulatory SME – Nice to Have Skills

• Knowledge and understanding of financial products: exposure to fixed income securities, derivatives and foreign exchange
• Experience with real-time pre-trade checks platform
• Experience with FpML
