We have an opportunity for a Project Manager, Professional Services to join our team in our Richmond, BC headquarters.
Come join an exciting team on the leading edge of networking and IoT (Internet of Things) technologies and implementations. In this role, you will consult with internal and external stakeholders on the integration and execution of Professional services customer projects. You will develop and maintain project plans to ensure all business and technical objectives on time and on budget. You will also be responsible for all project communications, resource scheduling, risk management/mitigation and documentation.
To be successful in this role, you are extremely organized and have experience managing all facets of complex, multi-team projects. You are skilled at building relationships with sales teams, technical teams, customers, partners and other stakeholders. You are able to communicate both high-level technical tasks and can understand IT systems architecture. Most importantly, you thrive on new challenges and a dynamic technical environment. The ability to recognize business needs, make responsible recommendations/decisions and influence others is a must in this role. Project work is generally executed remotely but some travel is required depending on the project needs.
