Quality Supervisor
Scope of Work:
-Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a quality department within a manufacturing establishment, under the direction of a general manager.
Main Duties:
-Develop and implement plans to efficiently meet quality targets
-Plan and manage the departmental budget
-Direct quality control inspection system and develop quality reporting procedures
-Hire, supervise and train or oversee training of employees in techniques
Qualifications:
-Completion of a college or university program in engineering is usually required
-Five to ten years of supervisory experience in quality, in manufacturing, are required.
