In this role, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing digital marketing channel (web, social, email, etc.) and campaign performance data, preparing and automating quarterly, annual and post-campaign reports and communicating results and data-based recommendations to broader marketing team, LOB leaders and senior level stakeholders. This individual will be our in-house analytics expert, will need superior analytical and problem solving and storytelling (via data) skills to succeed in this role must think outside the box to develop quantitative driven reports that are easily digestible and action oriented. As an integral part of the digital marketing team, the analytics manager will collaborate closely with content, campaign, web and CRO leaders to ensure analytics is part of the entire process (set up and tagging to optimizations to reporting to data-driven recommendations).
Primary Job Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
" 50% - Data Analyzation & Reporting (Campaigns & Channels): with a focus on data visualization, storytelling and providing data driven insights and recommendations, this role is responsible for growing the analytics and reporting center of excellence at Assurant. They are responsible for establishing reporting cadence, setting up analytics (UTM codes, tagging, etc.) and utilizing all digital marketing tools available (Elevate, DemandBase, GA, Data Studio, etc.) to report on organic channel performance and campaign level performance. They oversee the entire process and making strategic analytic-related decisions during planning process (data capture and tracking), making real-time optimization during campaigns and reporting post campaign with a focus on takeaways and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
" 20% - Report & Dashboard Delivery: responsible for not only gathering and creating reports and dashboards but also delivering results to marketing group, LOB leaders and key stakeholders in a meaningful and understandable way.
" 20% - Testing, Data Capture and Tracking: coordinates data capture and tracking with internal teams and vendors (if applicable) to ensure analytics implementation enables tracking of desired channels, campaign activity and key performance metrics. Supports testing, site migrations, content and other updates from a data tracking and analytics perspective.
" 10% - Subject Matter Expert / Continual Learning: serve as point person for analytics questions from marketing, LOB and other teams. Will continue to learn about Google Analytics, data capture, data visualization and other analytics related areas during their time with Assurant to ensure they stay on top of trends and innovations in the analytics space.

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications Required - Experience, Skills, and Knowledge
- Bachelor s degree
- 4+ years Data Analytics & Reporting experience
- Web analytics platform, Google Analytics preferred, Adobe and other analytics tools a plus
- Tag management, Google Tag Manager preferred
- A/B testing and web optimization tools such as Optimizely
- Data extraction from various marketing tools such as (social channels, ABM platforms, automation platforms, display and paid search)
- Data visualization and knowledge of BI tools such as PowerBI
- Advanced marketing analytics methodologies such as testing, competitive analysis, surveys and experimentation
- Travel or Shift Work: Some regional/national travel may be required
Preferred Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:
- Bachelors degree in data, analytics or marketing
- Strong Google Analytics experience
- Familiarity with CMS systems preferred (e.g.DruPal, WordPress, Sitefinity, etc.)
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS with an understanding of website architecture and navigation is a plus
- Proven ability to work across the organization, collaborate and create solid partnerships with stakeholders
- Quick to understand business needs
- Knowledge of industry guidelines and best practices
- Experience analyzing data, identifying trends, summarizing results and making data-centric recommendations to senior leadership
- Ability to slice and splice data, think outside the box when it comes to analytics and tell stories to non-marketing audiences
