30-40 hours per week

Must be available to work early morning, evening, night and on weekend

Wages:

$25.00 per hour

Overtime:

1.5 times after 40 hours a week

Education:

Completion of secondary school

Experience:

Previous experience as a retail sales supervisor is an asset

English

Security & Criminal Check

Basic Security Clearance / Criminal Check required, Drug Test

Retail Sales Supervisor’s primary duties:

Operate the business in a safe, secure manner, according to the management instructions.
Ensure site safety regulations are followed at all times.
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the shift.
Serve customers in a friendly, caring, and efficient manner.
Resolve customer complaints to the customer's satisfaction.
Authorize return of merchandise
Ensure product presentation is attractive, clean, and displayed as instructed by the management.
Sell merchandise
Maintain absolute cash/inventory control throughout the shift.
Prepare accurate shift report summary of sales.
Account for all transactions related to cash, credit cards, and debit cards sales/requisitions
Maintain complete daily, weekly, monthly cleaning schedule.
Responsible for training and managing employees
Supervise grocery clerks and shelf stockers
Promote (suggestive) selling with each customer transaction.
