About the Role
- • Manages the sales departments to achieve store revenue, margin, accessories, services and customer service goals • Manages the entire store operations while manager on duty • Provides direct supervision for all sales department employees • Coaches and develops your department team on selling techniques and product knowledge • Oversees the selling team merchandising of the departments to ensure company standards are acheived • In conjunction with other assistant managers leads store operations in order to maximize customer experience, employee experience, financial growth and Best Buy difference • Builds an engaged high performance team culture that consistently lives the company values
What you have to Offer
- • Minimum 4 years of successful Retail Management in a "Big Box" store • Strong leadership and communication skills • Strong understanding of Sales, Inventory and Customer Service • 2 years of budgetary responsbilities • Retail Management or Business Management Degree is an asset
