Working from Home Inside Sales Representative, Lead Generation, Customer Service: Candidate can be located in QC or ON.
Our ideal candidates will be bilingual in the following languages, as we are looking for a multitude of representatives, those who have the ability to proficiently speak a multitude of languages will qualify for the upper salary levels offered for the position.
- Customer Service
- Data entry - 35-45 words a minute
- Email and make Inside sales calls (minimum expectation 25 calls daily)
- Weekly inside sales reports and logs to be completed
- At least 3 years of related inside sales experience
- At least 3 years of Lead Generation and Cold calling experience
- Minimum High school graduate.
- Proficient in all Microsoft admin software (Word, Excel, CRM)
- Must have experience working from home, Shift will vary based on the country being serviced.
Example: if you are calling China as our Mandarin expert, your shift will begin at 8 PM and conclude at 4 AM.
- Scheduling and organizational skills is a must
- Must be fluent in English
- Bilingualism is an asset. Must be able to speak and write fluently.
Requirements to perform your job:
- Access to Internet and one of the following: Laptop or PC, MAC, or Smart Device - Android or IOS
- Must have a phone or VoIP line
- Selected candidate will be required to undergo a background and security check
