Competitive base plus commission.
-Generating business for Road freight within North America with focus on the assigned region.
-Achieve set individual target of branch.
-Keep positive frame of mind and help in maintaining working environment of branch.
-Ensure that customer are provided credit after proper verification.
-Responsibility of collection of payment from of credit customer.
-Maintain develop relationship with customers and help in enhancing business growth.
-Any other task assigned by the management.
- Process Inquiries for the offered product range.
- Preparation of Quotations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Report Sales activity into the Salesforce.
- Maintain Sales Visit Plan.
- Pursue activities to achieve set KPI's.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
-Sales activity for Road in North America.
-Build Business relations with Prospects Existing customers by regular client visits.
-Follow-up on Quotations and obtain customer feedback.
-Negotiate and Close deals.
-Achieve set individual target set by management.
-Work towards achieving set Sales KPI's of the Branch.
-Jointly work with the team in Trade lane development.
-Perform regular market surveys and gauge the market pulse and keep abreast with the moves of the Competition.
-Collect regular feedback from Customers to gauge Customer delight and effect improvement wherever necessary.
-Strong Market knowledge of the Logistics industry.
-Strong Selling and communication skills.
-Should be a team person with excellent interpersonal skills.
-Proficient Computer knowledge.
-Possess Relative strengths in Selling Import /Export Air and Sea Freight Cargo.
-Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the Logistics Industry.
-Freight Brokerage knowledge.
