Senior Business Architect

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:
Our federal government client is looking for one senior Business Architect to work in a future modern electronic management system and to be responsible for a range of activities including, but not limited to: elicit and document requirements, plan and lead requirements gathering workshops, provide assistance with the development of procurement strategies and plans, aid with the development of documents required to support a TB Submission, design and prepare statement of works and the creation of Executive presentations.
1) Strategies, plans and materials including, but not limited to:

2) Functional Requirements document
3) As-is and To-be business process definition
4) Technical requirements
5) Final Statements of Work (SOW)
6) Final Statement of Requirements (SOR)
7) Mandatory and rated experience requirements for supplier capacity, capability and commitment
8) Technical evaluation approach
9) Financial evaluation approach
10) Oversight and quality assurance
11) Draft of responses and for supplier questions
12) Draft of RFP amendments
13) Presentations on various subjects for all levels of the organization
14) Diverse status reports
MANDATORY SECURITY CLEARANCE:
Level II (Secret)
MANDATORY TECHNICAL SKILLS:
1- Must have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience as a Business Architect in an IM/IT environment
2- Must have a 3 year college diploma (computer science or other IT related field); OR a university degree at the Bachelor level in Information Technology (computer science or engineering) or other IT related field
3- Must have a minimum of two (2) references from transformation program/initiatives within the last 5 years.
4- Must have minimum of 3 projects conducting a minimum of 1 Collaborative Procurement Solution Process,
or Joint Procurement Solution or SMART Procurement Process in an IM/IT environment for the public service in the past 5 years.
5- Must have minimum of 4 years of experience in gathering, prioritizing, analyzing, and consolidating business requirements via interacting one / multiple service leaders and various project / program stakeholders.
6- Must have a minimum of 15 years of experience identifying requirements that improve business effectiveness through process-centered redesign that results in horizontal processes, clear service definition, service delivery efficiencies.
7- Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in developing and providing presentations and
facilitating discussions with project stakeholders and senior executives.
