Senior Business Architect

On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Senior Business Architect for a 12 month remote contract position.

Senior Business Architect Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include analyzing and evaluating business capabilities to identify opportunities for growth through business technology
  Create business architecture models demonstrate the effect of business changes to other areas within the organization
  Conduct analysis to determine opportunities for process improvements, system enhancements, and training
  Ensure solutions developed are aligned to business strategy of the organization while adhering to industry standards and principles
  Ensure recommendations are financially achievable through cost-benefit analysis to show greater efficiencies
  Provide direction, guidance and definition of business architecture to support company strategy. 
  Apply business modeling methods
  Act as a SME in developing business architecture framework
  Interact with IT Architecture to develop a framework that would align with business strategy

Senior Business Architect Must Have Skills

• Proven experience with IT and Business Architecture 
• Previous experience leading architecture plans and developing business models
• Understanding of Architecture & Service Delivery Frameworks (TOGAF, eTOM, ITIL, CoBiT, etc.)
• Understand process methodologies including Lean or Six Sigma is considered an asset
• Bachelor's Degree

• Experience with implementing and using Microsoft 365 is a strong asset  “SAFe for Architects” certification is considered a strong asset
