A very competitive compensation package.
-Manage and process complex Service Warranty claims for processing through BaaN.
-Assist customers with problem equipment and offer economic solutions.
-Respond to customer part selection inquiries and provide technical support.
-Implement and train Representatives and Service Dealers on warranty policies.
-Train Warranty Administration Staff and maintain IDP’s.
-Perform warranty analysis and advise Quality Assurance in conformance with ISO.
The responsibility of the Service Manager is to provide excellent customer service employing the corporate values. Implements and controls, in the best interest of the company and the customers, procedures as established. The incumbent must have the ability and willingness to work as a team member in a learning organization, carrying out assignments to completion with minimum supervision.
EXPERIENCE:& In order to be COMPETITIVE for this position, you will have:
-A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a service management capacity.
-A minimum of 3 years’ HVAC experience.
-A minimum of 5 years’ customer service experience.
A minimum of 2 years’ College Degree OR 8 years’ mechanical trade experience.
