As part of the buildingoperations team, you will be performing preventative maintenance, maintainingand operating building systems, and assisting in all tenant requests for fourprestigious buildings on the downtown Vancouver waterfront.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties may beassigned.
Performs preventativemaintenance on all equipment as needed, including:
- Maintains and operates building systems and documents activity.
- Completing logging of building mechanical systems.
- Assists trades as required.
- Performs minor plumbing duties, as necessary.
- Responds to all tenant requests in a timely, professional and friendly manner.
- Performs minor painting and wall repairs.
- Performs hardware and door repairs as needed.
- Executes pressure washing of building exterior as required.
- Performs any tasks within abilities as requested.
- High school diploma with general maintenance experience.
- 4th or 5th Class Power Engineer designation
- Power Engineer Ticket
- Valid Driver’s License
This job has nosupervisory responsibilities.
