Your new company
An extremely well established and successful General Contractor in Winnipeg has an immediate need to add an experienced Superintendent to the team. This new role is to accommodate growth caused by the imminent start of several newly awarded projects.
Your new role
Managing a site and the team on projects in the $2m-$10m range, you will be responsible for all aspects of the project on site such as meeting schedules and deadlines, managing trades/staff and suppliers, health & safety and liaison with the Project Manager and client where necessary.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have worked on similar projects of at least $2m in value. Although candidates from a variety of construction sectors would be considered, it would be an advantage if you have at least some experience of Institutional projects. Ideally you will have at least 5 years' supervisory experience.
