Tax Administrator - 2 month contract - $18/hr - Winnipeg

Our client, a global leader in professional services, located in Winnipeg, is seeking a Tax Administrator to join their team. This is a 2 month contract job, starting March 4th for the right candidate.
Your new role
In this Tax Administrator job, your responsibilities will include; organizing, photocopying and scanning tax payer slips and other confidential documents electronically using Adobe Acrobat and other systems. You will also be assembling and finalizing tax deliverables; type, format and edit standard and non-standard documents; upload documents using internal document management systems databases; maintain team tracker lists and progress reports; coordinate with mail room department to ensure timely production/sending of documents and other related duties and/or activities core to the team's responsibilities, as requested.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have experience in a similar administrative role for at least 1 year. You will have a solid knowledge of MS Office, including strong Word and Excel skills, and some knowledge of working in PDF programs. You will have exceptional communication skills and be passionate about excellent client service.
