On behalf of our client, Procom is seeking two Technical Support Analysts for a 6 month contract position in, Toronto, ON.
Technical Support Analysts Job Details
Premier Technical Support Analysts with very strong customer focus and customer service skills and strong technical experience in all platforms including PCs and Apple products.
- Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
- Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.
- Inventory and Asset Management
Technical Support Analysts Mandatory Skills
- Must possess white glove executive support type skills i.e. they have to take care of their customer, see installs through, provide a heightened level of support and most importantly understand that they are there because the client needs them to manage their IT requirements.
- Excellent customer service skills have the ability and emotional intelligence to teach highly technical content to users with any level of experience.
- Talent for communicating with end users of any level of experience, any personality, and any level on the corporate ladder.
- Communicate technical information to nontechnical users and can acquire technical information from those who cannot explain the problem clearly
- Windows OS knowledge (Windows 7, Windows 8.x and Windows 10)
- Microsoft Office 2007 to 2016 and Office 365 • Apple MAC experience - Imaging, AD, OS X, iPhones, Mac Pros, Laptops and Desktops
- Able to support Outlook client
- Able to troubleshoot VPNs
- Able to use remote tools such as RDP, Team Viewer, Windows Assist, LogMeIn Rescue • Able to use Remedy or ServiceNow or similar ticketing system
- Support mobile users for network access, email support, and troubleshooting
- Able to use SCCM to deploy images to clients' desktops and laptops
- Active Directory knowledge - Create user accounts, Groups and manage GPOs
- Desktop and Laptop hardware knowledge
- Printer hardware knowledge
