Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Vice President & Treasurer (Treasurer) will be a high-potential finance leader with significant experience in providing strategic direction and leadership of an existing international corporate treasury department. Specifically, the Treasurer will be responsible for the development, execution and continuity of global treasury operations, including all aspects of financial exposure management, capital markets activity, banking relationships, corporate finance, credit, cash management, insurance and financial planning. The Treasurer will work in a leadership role with corporate finance personnel and the various operations’ financial managers, providing financial acumen in support of the company’s business activities, as well as strategic assistance to senior management. He/she will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with external financial service providers and advisors, including commercial and investment bankers, credit rating agencies, auditors, lawyers and insurance advisors.
