Specific Skills:
- Prepare and apply waterproofing and dampproofing materials to structural surfaces, like masonry concrete. - Install, repair and replace roofing systems and shingles using materials such as asphalt saturated felts and hot asphalt and gravel and waterproof sheet m modified plastics, elastomeric or other asphaltic compositions - Install sheet metal flashings and repair metal roofs using hand and power tools - Set up scaffolding to provide safe access to roofs
