We are currently seeking a Web Developer to join our Information Technology team. The Web Developer will be responsible for managing websites, mobile applications, and web presence for Calgary Co-op. Coordinate with Calgary Co-op Management, Marketing and Information Technology staff to ensure ongoing consistency and innovation in web content and design, accurate and secure content, and easy-site navigation for a memorable end-user experience.
Knowledge and Skills Required
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Five (5) plus years experience working as a Web Developer
- One (1) year of experience working with E-Commerce
- Must possess strong communication skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at once
- Good interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work in an agile, fast paced environment
What skills will set you apart from others
- Knowledge of SilverStripe CMS
- Knowledge of coding within a CMS
- Ability to code mobile applications in Android and iOS
